Colin Martinez Longmore

As Communications and Social Media Coordinator, Colin works to empower justice-seekers of all backgrounds to become effective faith-based advocates through NETWORK’s resources, content, and action opportunities.

Colin has served as the Advocacy committee chair for the Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice and has taught classes at Georgetown University’s Capitol Applied Learning Lab. He is from Orange County, CA where he previously worked for seven years as a youth minister in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange leading bilingual faith formation programs, hosting retreats, and speaking at various diocesan youth events.
Colin was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Communication Studies and Religious Studies.

He is inspired to do this work by the Gospels and young people, and he loves living in D.C. because of its history, diversity, and energy. Colin also enjoys hosting trivia nights at his local pub.
